I use pfsense to update my Namecheap dynamic DNS.

I would like to sync to the @ record, not to a subdomain (ex: to mydomain.com not hostname.mydomain.com).

However the Dynamic DNS Clients page won't let me save settings with either @ or blank for hostname.  Hostname now appears to be required.  It had been working without a hostname requirement until I upgraded to 2.3

The page instructs: "Namecheap: Enter the hostname and the domain separately, with the domain being the domain or subdomain zone being handled by Namecheap. "

How would I do this if I want to update the record for mydomain.com (not a subdomain)?

      Thanks
