Traffic Shaping / QoS for VOIP

Hi all, We have a flat network, no VLAN, single WAN, single LAN subnet.
What options do I have to implement some kind of priority for VOIP?
I looked at the traffic shaping wizard, but I'm kinda confused. It gives the option to "Prioritize Voice over IP Traffic", and then I need to fill out the Connection # 1 Parameters. What are those? is this the bandwidth that I want to reserve for VOIP?2. Alternatively, is there a way I can reserve x-amount of bandwidth to a certain IP (my VOIP box)?
FYI, I use FreePBX.
Any advice will help. thank you.

It's just asking what your connection bandwidth is. You cannot prioritize or shape bandwidth without knowing how much bandwidth you have.
Example. If a bouncer was told to allow VIP's in before normal people, the bouncer first needs to know what's considered "full". If the bouncer just let everyone in, then saying "VIPs first" is meaningless.

No, but that was already asked in the first step of the wizard.
So that's why I don't understand when the same question shows up in step 2. It must be referring to something else..

Nope. My initial guess was correct.

the first screen is where you spec your pipe bandwidth.
the second screen is where you reserve or guarantee the bandwidth for your VOIP.thanks.
