Captive portal Zones deletion privilege

I'm found that the privilege below allow user delete Captive portal Zones:
WebCfg - Services: Captive portal Zones

May I suggest that the Deletion Rights move into privilege below?
WebCfg - Services: Captive portal: Edit Zones

The reason, without WebCfg - Services: Captive portal Zones user unable to see the zone list.
For an administrator, his just need his assistant able to list the zone and mange captive portal MACs, the assistant should not grant with deletion rights, unless assign him WebCfg - Services: Captive portal: Edit Zones

The privileges control which PHP files the user may access, the delete action is handled by the list page, it doesn't involve editing. Without rewriting both pages to move the function, the privilege can't be changed in the way you suggest.
