We have updated from 2.3 to 2.3.1 and noticed that any changes made to pfsense:

      Verified the following:
The main pfsense config file was NOT being updated
Any changed settings on Any section of the WebUI did NOT persist
Additionally, the Timestamp on the /conf/config.xml file was never changed

      Please assist someone

Probably not using the default admin account, and you have deny config write privileges set on a group. Those weren't always obeyed before, they are now. Remove those privs if that's not what you want.
