      I'll use a 2220 + 1 wifi ap + vlans - Advise if this is inappropriate

Hi, I am considering a SG-2440 to replace my current routers.  My need is to have 2 LANs that are completely isolated from each other.  I am new to PFsense and the 2440, but not new to networking. Also, I am not asking how to accomplish this, only asking if it is possible with only the hardware I am suggesting.

LAN1 is a highly secure network for private use.  Connected to a Ubiquiti Networks Unifi 802.11ac Dual-Radio PRO.

LAN 2 is strictly for IoT devices ( devices with only minimal security ).  Connected to a Ubiquiti Networks Unifi 802.11ac Dual-Radio PRO.

The 2440 will be behind an ATT ( gigabit fiber ) router with all radios turned off.  [ I will be asking ATT if I can eliminate their router. ]

Security is my main concern!!!  Are there problems with my proposed setup?  Any help will be much appreciated.

      Thx

I considered that and the complexity it added, got a SG-2440 with three LAN ports, much simpler. Also if I ever have an issue it is easy to swap in another router and get back on line while debugging or waiting for a repair.
