I installed pfSense on a Windows 7 computer from a CD.  It will not boot up to Windows.  I keep getting this screen.

      F1  pfSense
      F5 Drive 1

      F6 PXE
      Boot: F1

I've tried different options but nothing happens.  It keeps repeating:

      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0 (disconnected)
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0 (disconnected)
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0 (disconnected)
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0 (disconnected)
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0 (disconnected)
      ugen0.2: <vendor 0x17ef="">at usbus0

over and over.  I don't get any error messages.  How do I uninstall this so I can get back to my computer?</vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor></vendor>

I believe I see it now.  "The install will proceed, wiping the target disk and installing pfSense." meaning everything is gone?

              @hff264:

I did not see anything here https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Installing_pfSense that said that.  So everything on my drive is gone?

Yes. It's implied when you install any OS and tell it to repartition your disk that it's going to blow away everything on the drive. It also warns you of such.

Wow, I screwed up bad.  That's what I get for doing things too quickly.  Thanks for the information.
