Yet another hardware sizing question

In a month we're getting two Metro-Ethernet 100/100 connections. Comcast EDI (not coax) and Cogent Fiber (both have copper hand offs) Both ISPs will install their own Ciena router. I need to provide a router or Layer 3 switch to interface with my firewall.
My plan
Use pfSense as a router for both services. Load the pfSense computer with 4 Intel NICs, turn off NAT/Firewalling then connect the pfSense to my internal firewall (Sonicwall NSA2400)
Would an ATOM do? Or should I get a new Ivy Bridge Pentium? I also have a bunch of P4 3Ghz I could use.
Any Thoughts?

From forum searches I can see most any modern computer can do 100mpbs. But since the service is 100 up and 100 down theoretically= 200mpbs x 2 connections. Need I beef up the computer?
The Netgate FW-7541 looks ineresting bit costly at $583 but I'd consider it if its up to the job. -

The D2500 will route >500Mbps. Your situation should be ok but it might be towards the top of its performance. No headroom for additional serivices etc. You could probably get some more accurate figures from Netgate.
