Calm down, it'll be released when it's ready. Hopefully not a minute sooner.
Do you wait for any features new to 2.3.2 or what's your hype based on?

Going through the testing process now.

The most recent snapshot is essentially identical to release, those who want to help with that process can upgrade to the most recent 2.3.2 snapshot.

I really hope it doesn't need to go to a 2.3.3. I really want 2.4 and 3.0 to be worked on. Long ways to go, but as a programmer, I hate working on old stuff that needs to just go away. Code rot technical debt is the most annoying. Well, ignoring rushed code technical debt.

There almost certainly won't be a 2.3.3 release. There will be 2.3.2_x updates no doubt, especially since that's the end of the road for 32 bit.

                    Hi!

                    How are things going?
Latest snap seems ok at least for me :)

We found some minor issues and are getting them worked out. Not sure on an ETA though.

                        Hi!

Can you please share what issues are in latest and final snapshot?

                        Thnaks!

No issues in the final snapshot, the only issue was a problem in factory with auto-assignment of interfaces on one platform. The delay is attributable to others going through the testing process and me being hands-off, to make sure others can get through it following the documentation. Which is going fine, but takes much longer the first time you do it.

                                And running here  :)

I gloomily came to the ironic conclusion that if you take a highly intelligent person and give them the best possible, elite education, then you will most likely wind up with an academic who is completely impervious to reality.

It sounds like they didn't mean to publish the update quite yet.

It was intended, just not finished yet. What's there is correct and complete, those on 2.3.x have the update available. The rest is coming.

If you already tried the update, and had it fail in the middle, you may need to update from the console:

                                            From cbuechler on reddit:

Go to the console, option 8, and run: pfSense-upgrade -d
                                            and post the output.
