Voucher is not updated when uploading config file to another pfsbox. Help!

I backed up the config of my pfsbox 1 and uploaded to my pfsbox 2. Hoping that the voucher from pfsbox 1 would be the same in pfsbox 2.

When I checked pfsbox2, I found the voucher rolls as is but my problem was, all used vouchers were reset to be unused again?

Is there something that I should do?
