      Hi Folks,
I've recently discovered http://www.sshguard.net/ had a look on the forums here and only really discovered 1 thread talking about making a package back in 2010! so I am wondering if anyone uses it with pfsense or is there some sort of compatibility problem?

there is already a lockout built into pfsense
        https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Sshlockout

Are you wanting to change the parameters?

Not so much but we have some servers that use services that sshguard also protects so I was curious about rolling it out onto everything, apparently not needed ;D thanks.

            There's FreeBSD port for sshguard-pf 1.6.4
You could install the pkg from the FreeBSD repo. Not sure how hard it would be to get it working with pfSense.
