      Hi,

Newly registered user wiht pfSense Gold. Have just installed the autobackup package and am getting repeated failure notifications:

AutoConfigBackup - An error occurred while uploading your pfSense configuration to portal.pfsense.org (<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>401 Authorization Required</title> </head><body> <h1>Authorization Required</h1> <p>This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.</p> </body></html> ) @ 2016-08-25 13:33:50

I've double checked and changed passwords for both portal and encryption with no luck,a nd can confirm I can login in to the protal wihtout an issue.

      Anybody any ideas?

      Cheers,

      Ian

Check you username on https://portal.pfsense.org/members/profile, it is probably in lowercase characters and use that for Subscription Username in Package / Diagnostics: Auto Configuration Backup / Settings
