So I have created a vlan for Laboratory and Faculty.  I both vlan have each enable dhcp 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24.

So my question is, if I wanted one member of the faculty to communicate to laboratory vlan, how can I do that ?

Well what are you firewall rules on these vlans?  Allow the traffic you want.

On Firewall > Rules, Faculty pass traffic to Laboratory.
