I currently have my pfsense configured for my primary home network with multiple VLAN's using 1 single WAN with PPPoE.

What I want to achieve right now is to build a separate whole network with it's own pfsense firewall and own vlan, but since I only have 1 WAN, I want to use my primary pfsense to create an additional VLAN to this new network and run it as DHCP to the new pfsense's WAN connection to access internet only, no LAN access to my primary network.

Is it as easy as it sounds?  There should not be any issues in terms of routing and subnets as long as I don't reuse any ip subnets from my original network correct?

Yeah its pretty easy.  I assume your going to double nat, unless your planning on using that new vlan as transit network?
