Timezone is correct but the fw is 2 hours more

Hi,
I made a setup on vmware, and the host has the correct time and time zone, the fw, also set up to rome , shows 2 hours more.
Any way to fix?

What does the host time have to do what what time you set on the VM? What timezone did you set pfsense in, where is is syncing its time via ntp?
