Attention: Expert Help Needed! Serious Bufferbloat
-
Attached is two images that will explain my problem. I seem to have a serious case of buffer bloat. Even when streaming a video from Netflix my WAN pipe is saturated at 80 Mbps. When I implement QOS it limits the size of the TCP window and I can't even get near maximizing the window. Please advise.

Post your problem in the Traffic Shaping forum and someone knowledgeable might see it.

Just a quick fix, just enabled Codel shaping on your WAN and LAN interfaces and set your bandwidth to 90% of your actual bandwidth.
