      Hi there,

      I'm running PFSense 2.3.2-RELEASE (i386)

I found a short guide on setting up pfsense filtering. It first started by suggesting to enable DNS resolver. Currently I have been using DNS Forwarder so I figured I would give it a try?

However I seem to get some errors saying PFSense is unable to parse the log files…etc. This would be when just trying to use the default options.

The following input errors were detected:

The generated config file cannot be parsed by unbound. Please correct the following errors:
          /var/unbound/test/unbound.conf:94: error: syntax error
read /var/unbound/test/unbound.conf failed: 1 errors in configuration file

I found this forum post on this which was concerning the beta. (2.3.b.20160112.1952)

Not sure if this is still the issue or not, and if it is, I'm not 100% sure how to fix it. I have confirmed that when I go under /var/unbound there are no directories except conf.d which is also empty.

      Anyone have any thoughts?

      Cheers! :)
