How to block windows update and kaspersky update in PfSense 2.3?

Hello,

I would like to ask how could we configure our PfSense Firewall to block all windows update, ms office update, kaspersky update, adobe reader update, and skype update?

We noticed that these updates eats up our Leased Line Bandwidth.

Hope you could help us on this.

its irresponsible to allow access to the internet while not allowing updates

^ This.  If you're concerned about costs, at the very least you should implement a WSUS server for your Windows clients, and a web proxy like squid for AV updates.
