Route some traffic through ipSec site to site

Hello all,

I've two site A and B joined by ipSec. Now, I want to through some traffic in the site A to use a other router in site B. Site A and B is connected by a ipSec  who use NAT/BINAT so the network address is nated to a virtual address

Someone have an idea?
