Multi-WAN on pfsense 2.0.3 works, but traffic is not balanced equally

My pfsense 2.0.3 multi-wan is working fine. The failover as well. But, it seems to give preference to some gateways over others?

I've got WAN, OPT1, OPT2 all DSL gateways for a single LAN network. I've set WAN as the default gateway. That option for changing the default gateway when the default goes down is also set.

See attached screen shots for a better idea. (I took the screenshots at around lunch time so there weren't much traffic, but you'll note that almost no traffic is routed through OPT1)

Any ideas?

PS: This system runs SQUID and SNORT as well

Try not using proxy and see the difference
