PFSense (2.3.2) hangs on 'Starting DNS recolver' when there is no network available. All interfaces are unplugged (and I can't plug then in as the IP-address is already in use on another system). I have already tested on another system and it only happens when there network is unplugged. I have been waiting now for 2 hours, but it's still hanging on this message.

It's there any trick to get around this? I have to only boot it once so I can change the IP-address, after that I can just boot normally with network plugged in.

      Regards,
      Sander

Yeah I have read that DNSSec might cause the issue, but I can't boot the system. So how should I disable DNSSec?
