I'm trying to configure traffic shaping for our in-house iPECS phone system that communicates to an external SIP provider (engin)

I have created PRIQ via the wizard but don't see any traffic hitting the VoIP queue.

The 'Upstream SIP server' has the IP address of the external SIP provider - is there anything else I should configure?

Can i configure system to remote handsets also this way Ports 7000-8000 UDP

How does pfsense identify the Voice over IP traffic?

        By destination/source IP/port.

Make sure your firewall rule is assigning the appropriate traffic to the VOIP queue.

I've added the internal IP addresses of the phone handsets and the iPECs IP and it now appears to be adding the traffic into the correct queue. This was done with an Alias group IPs. Should the wording on the wizard be altered to suggest the external SIP provider and ALSO the internal addresses of VoIP devices?
