Is this possible? I have one internet connection and I want to have two LAN, I want that the other network can only stream online videos while the other network can only play online games. This just comes into my mind to protect my gamers from LAG, say for example.. I have a 4mbps internet connection and I want that network 1 will only have 1mbps connection and network 2 will have 3mbps, and when someone wants to stream videos he/she will enable the network 1 and disable the network 2, when someone wants to play online games he/she will enable the network 2 and disable network 1.

P.S. This setup is for internet cafe with 10 clients. I cannot afford to segregate some of my clients to just online streaming or online gaming.

I hope someone will enlighten me with this, I am posting this topic here because I am new here and I don't know where to post this one.
