      The subject says it all: can SG-2220 take an internal 2.5" HDD? Does it have a SATA port? If not, can I connect an HDD via USB?

        I think no, because there are one installed storage by default (eMMC) and two other options to insert a mSATA and a M.2 SSD
        if you need it really.

        4GB eMMC Flash on board
        1x M.2, 1x miniPCIe

          M.2 disk only, the miniPCIe socket isn't capable of mSATA IIRC.
