        I'd rather have a fanless n3150 for a router/firewall

Overkill for home use, not robust enough for business use.

For home I'd rather have something that consumes much less power, no fans, solid state storage, etc.  I don't mean to keep plugging the PCEngines APU2, but something along those lines.

          PC Engines APU2C4

Yes, I would only use an old hand-me-down desktop PC if I had no other options.

Only looking for that price it is unbelievable, but as said before to big in size, to loud and to power hungry.
But ok, something in that class self made will be surely hard on top of that $126 price.

That isn't a good value, you could build yourself something faster for the same price and it wouldn't be used or a crappy consumer level dell.

What about a Dell PowerEdge T20 with a Xeon  processor?

Everything already written applies. What is the question?

It has a Xeon processor and quite cheap in total.
