I have a 10/100M USB NIC. I've used it for PPPoE Connection, but its' speed is only 10M link speed instead of 100M.
When I tested on Windows PC, it still works at 100M connection speed.
I'd try  to access link: https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Forcing_Interface_Speed_or_Duplex_Settings
But I can't find "Speed and Duplex" in "Advanced" tab.
      Does anyone have an idea?

There is no speed/duplex on the PPPoE interface. You need to mess with the physical one instead. Better yet, stop using USB junk.

If you're connecting your USB NIC to a USB1.1 port, you'll only get 10-12Mbps speeds. More info needed otherwise.

            I'm using  USB 2.0 port

Sometimes it is better to pull out a single Port or dual port network card to free a PCIe slot and fill this slot then
with a dual or quad port network card, even better then using USB parts to be a NIC, only my opinion, but from
what I was reading here in the forum this USB to LAN adapters are creating more issues then they help out.

Also, consider VLANs plus a cheap managed switch. Still a whole LOT better than USB NICs.

Sounds silly but I actually carry one of these around with me https://www.scan.co.uk/products/8-port-tp-link-tl-sg108e-gigabit-easysmart-network-switch-10-100-1000mbps-managed-for-small-medium-b so I can stick port mirroring to sniff problem links with wireshark on my laptop; works reasonably well and does all the L2 functions such as tagging

I will disclaim that I've never tried to leave it in situ as a primary access switch but at the same time it's never given me any trouble.
