IPSEC and NAT / SNAT / Outbond NAT

Hi,
i have a problem with snat / outbond nat rules.

i have 3 sites all pfsens

site 1 10.100.110.0/24

IPSEC from 10.100.110.0/24 to 10.50.10.0/24&10.40.10.0/24

site 2 10.50.10.0/24

IPSEC from 10.50.10.0/24 to 10.40.10.0/24

site 3 10.40.10.0/24

To reach site 3 from site 1 i need a snat rule on side 2.
Mapping net 10.100.110.0/24 to virtual ip or the FW ip site 2 (10.50.10.1/32).

I have try to use Outbond Nat but it will not work.
Please help
