Hi there ,guys, so i just got pfsense to work finally and it does work indeed; however, it keep restarting randomly (pfsense router). So i wanted to do Diagnostics/S.M.A.R.T. Status but all of them show the error below ,any help would be highly appreciated ^^ .

SMART is not supported on USB devices unless smartctl knows about the device type, look at the -d option of smartctl:
