The system I'm running pfSense 2.3.3-p1 on has a DVI out and HDMI out.  The console shows up from the HDMI port.  Is there any way to get a second console running on the DVI output?  I'm not too interested in a GUI of any sort but having a second console running on the other monitor could be useful.

If you don't want a GUI, then you should probably use a different product.

I not talking about getting rid of the web GUI, just getting the second monitor to work as well as the primary.

Not possible with the console driver FreeBSD has, neither with the old sc(4) driver or the newer vt(4) driver. You would need X for dual head set up and pfSense doesn't include anything X related.
