IPSec VPN connection from internal LAN

Hi,

we are working successfully with PfSense IPSec and mobile VPN Clients.
In this special case we use VPN to get access to special restricted areas for Systemadministators.

Now the Systemadministrators can access to the ressources from outside the company to the restricted areas very well.
The Systemadministrators would like to acces these ressources also from inside the company, the LAN, but it is not possible to establish an IP-Sec VPN Connetions with the same clients!
Of course, the IPSec connection is listening on the WAN interface. This works well. But how is it possible to allow connections also from inside the company to the PfSense?

Can anybode help to this problem?
