I've got a Netgate SG-4860 1U running pfSense 2.3.3-RELEASE.  We're having trouble pulling DHCP leases on the default VLAN.  I can replicate the problem when I plug into OPT1,2,3 which are bridged to the LAN port, so it does not appear to be a problem with our switches.

Pulling a DHCP lease is taking anywhere from 18 seconds to 5 minutes.  The DHCP range is 10.0.1.50 to 10.0.1.239 on a /24 network.  The reserved IPs are statically assigned and already used.  Of the remaining IPs, there are currently 140 devices attached and 49 leases still available.  I don't see anything unusual in the logs.

I have one room in our office mapped to VLAN2 (10.0.2.50-10.0.2.239 /24).  There are currently about 10 devices attached to this VLAN.  I can consistently pull new DHCP addresses on VLAN2 in about 4 seconds.

I'll likely map more of our office to VLAN2 in the interim, however, I need help identifying the cause of the DHCP delays on the default VLAN.  I'm not sure what to do next.

I segmented our wifi network onto a separate VLAN yesterday evening, as well as changed our max DHCP lease to 7200 seconds.  At the moment there are 52 leases out of 199 used on the LAN (vlan 1) and 86 out of 204 on the WiFi network (vlan 2).  I am still seeing random delays fetching ip addresses on the LAN.

Why are you bridging interfaces? That's not a recommended nor supported option - pfSense is not a switch. If you remove the bridges and use a (smart | managed)switch do all of your problems go away?
