    Realtek 8111G support?

      Does pfSense 2.2 support the Realtek 8111G nic? There a two of these nic's on my routers main board (Biostar B85N).

        See the specs in my signature..  ;)

        pfSense 2.7 home router
        Shutlle DS77U (passively cooled Intel Celeron CPU 3865U)
        8GB RAM, OCZ 60GB SSD
        NIC's: build in Intel i211 & i219LM

        Business: several Netgate devices

            Hello,

            I see you say that Realtek 8111G is supported but i have a problem. I hope that you help me. i have this motherboard : https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H87PLUS/ and if i take the command dmesg i have this:

              It looks like you aren't using 2.2..
              that looks like 2.1 output?

              2.2 is the first pfSense to support the Realtek 8111G

              pfSense 2.7 home router

                Thanks for your answer. You are right i use pdfsense 2.1.3. I will try to install pfsense 2.2  :)
