Configure remaining lans to behave as a switch
-
I have quad nic and by the default config is wan and a lan. How do I configure the other two lans to behave like switch? They have to be on the same ip addr, and be a DHCP server.

Look under :-
Interfaces -> Bridges
But you'd be better off buying a managed switch.

oh my gawd….

Thanks, I did not want to buy a managed switch but I probably have to now.

they are not expensive.. You don't need a fully managed enterprise switch with 48 ports..
You can pick up a 8 port get "smart" switch that can do vlans for like $40 these days. Multiple brands to choose from.. I have seen them few bucks less then even their dumb counterparts sometimes.

Netgear option $40. -
Doesn't even need to be managed based on the info given.
Here's one for $12. I'll bet under $10 is possible.

^ true anyone wanting to bridge interfaces to be on the same layer 2.. Only needs a dumb switch to take on that role.
