My apologies for the silly question, but I'm trying to register my SG-4860 on:

    https://portal.pfsense.org/members/signup/per-incident-support

    and it says:

If you already have an account on our website, please login to continue

I've got a forum.pfsense.org account (which is here) and I've got a store.netgate.com account (where I bought the hardware).  Which do I use?  It doesn't seem to accept either.  Perhaps it wants me to sign up for a portal.pfsense.org account?

    SG-4860, pfSense 2.4.5-RELEASE-p1 (amd64)

You will need to create a separate account for portal.pfsense.org
