      Hi,

I'm trying to create a redundant IPSec tunnel from a single PFSense box to 2 different public ip addresses, each presenting the same LAN. Is such a configuration possible with PFSense?

Only by using dynamic DNS. On pfSense, build the tunnel to a DNS hostname. Then the far side can change the contents of the DNS record to switch to a different IP address.
