I'm still getting perfectly decent results in the iperf tests the support team tells me to run, and I'm still getting <10mbit when downloading a single large file, even on the SG-1000 itself while connecting to it through the console cable. Everything else on my network gets 10 times that when downloading stuff. As soon as I move something behind the pfSense box, it's slow. It's not my darn network.

This is running on the SG-1000 itself, attached to a cable from which I just got >100mbit with my laptop running the same command:
      [2.4.0-BETA][root@sg1000.test.org]/root: curl http://ipv4.download.thinkbroadband.com/1GB.zip >/dev/null
% Total    % Received % Xferd  Average Speed  Time    Time    Time  Current
Dload  Upload  Total  Spent    Left  Speed
      46 1024M  46  473M    0    0  1424k      0  0:12:16  0:05:40  0:06:36 1356k

This is with the latest updates installed. Not that it seems to make a difference.
Can anyone with an SG-1000 please try this?

I don't have one but I do have an idea for you to try.  Don't know what all you've tried with support but you could try hard setting the link to 100 full duplex rather than letting it auto negotiate.  Set it on both devices (sg-1000 and what it is connected to).

It's a long shot, but easy enough to try.
