Squid error page time difference

Been running 2.1.3 x64, squid 2.7.9 pkg v.4.3.4, squidGuard 1.4_4 pkg v.1.9.6, Lightsquid 1.8.2 pkg v.2.33. Pfsense local time Asia/Istanbul.
But that appears when a site is blocked in and squid error page looks at hours 3 hours behind. How do I set it on my own time?
