Outbound data from an internal server to use a virtual IP
-
I have 5 IP Addresses. General data goes out over the WAN address, but I have 4 other VIPs. I have an exchange server that I want to specifically go out a specific virtual IP. Very hard to find some concrete info on that. I'm using 2.3.4.

Lots of information all over the place for it. Firewall > NAT, Outbound tab Set Hybrid mode Make a WAN entry for that source address (and maybe specific destination ports) and set the VIP as the NAT address.

Usually my google-fu is strong, but I really only found one relevant post. What confused me was the "Network" so you have to make it /32 and you can't pick an alias which makes two places I need to make changes when they upgrade to exchange 2016. Just annoying.

You can use an alias there. Source: Network: Type an alias name It is admittedly not as clear as it could be.
