Routing internal Emails through the GatewayGroup

Hello Guys,

I have a multi Failover ( Cable->DSL->3G). In my Lannetwork that works flawless. But the Pfsense itself cant use the DSL and 3G connections. Everytime the Cable connection goes down, PFsense cant send Email Notifications any longer.
I cant find where i can add a Rule with source localhost :(

Any ideas?
