Apu2 upgrade 2.1.3 Bootup Complete then nothing solved

after upgrade the console quit working right after the Bootup Complete message
two things appear out of sync

1. baud rate wants to drop to 9600
2. console has no getty
   solved
   diagnostic -> nanobsd change to rw
   diagnostic -> edit file
   /boot/loader.conf  add or change to say: set comconsole_speed="115200"

/etc/ttys
change console to read
console "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"        cons25  on  secure

reboot and all should work
