Dynamic DNS doesn't update to new IP address

Yesterday I got a new IP address and the Cached IP on the Services:Dynamic DNS Clients DynDNS page is still the old IP address. I restarted dnsmasq, but that didn't update the reported cached IP address for the service.

This is for DNS-O-Matic, whose website reports the IP address as having been updated by pfSense, but pfSense isn't acknowledging the new IP address and gives the old one to DNS-O-Matic.
