2.1.3 Package reinstallation button in backup/restore missing

tried to upgrade from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 and killed it. Wiped drive and did a fresh install of 2.1.3 (i386), recovered previous full config from GUI, packages are missing and the diagnositcs->backup/restore-> reinstall packages button is missing. Where/how do i get it back? Thanks in advance.

If no packages show as installed under System > Packages on the Installed Packages tab, then the reinstall packages button is not shown. It can only reinstall packages that are currently installed. You'll have to add them back one by one from the Available Packages list.
