Could anyone recommend hardware for a pfsense home router that meets the following:
- Under $200 or less
- 2 GB Nics
- 1 GB speed over network
- small form factor
Thanks

These are great systems but not under $200.
lions78, would a microatx slimline dell/hp type of system be small enough for you? If so, ive seen someone recommend and link a nice recycled office system from ebay. it was like a gen 4 or 5 core i5 for $89 and found a 2 port intel i340-t2 for $24, you could pick up two of those or get a quad port for LAG and then have full duplex 2gbits/s speeds to your switch.

The i3 with 4GB ram comes in at 229usd, not far off from the 200 :)

I change my stance, i found some configs for 150 with 30 shipping, for size and power these are probably the best. but for BEST price to performance and if size isn't the biggest issue… if you don't already have some hardware laying around an old office pc off ebay and a nic installed is my favorite route

Quite reasonable price, not much a difference. Got the same one.
