Per the subject line, after performing an auto upgrade from 2.1 to 2.1.4, I am still seeing this message after 48+ hours. The system is running fine and reports to be at the new version, but I cannot change any packages due to the system, still thinking it is currently upgrading packages. I assume its a "stuck" package install somewhere, but not sure where to look. I don't see anything that appears to be installing in the ps output on the CLI. Afraid I don't know how pfsense does package mgmt to know where to check next…any ideas? Many thanks...

"Packages are currently being reinstalled in the background.
Do not make changes in the GUI until this is complete"

just remove /var/run/packagelock.dirty and check if packages work, otherwise reinstall them via web gui.

p.s. by the way I have an other .dirty file /var/run/mount.dirty

edit: this is on nanobsd-vga 4g
