I did not find it in the HCL but it has

Almost certainly yes. The one that I have sitting here in front of me has 4 x Intel 21143s on it (and a PCI-PCI bridge to put 'em on the bus). I think some earlier revisions had DEC 21140s. These are descendants of the original DEC Tulip and have many clones - too many to list here - including the PNIC. See man 4 dc under FreeBSD.
