You may read the attached pictures first to understand the present network.

Simply speaking, the printers in site office can use only if it is properly connected with the Printing server in main office. As the network in main office is formed with pfSense, I am wondering if there is any settings to make (e.g. routing?) so that those printers in site office can communicate with the printing server in main office…

Thank you for reading my post and... do you have any idea?

So all the devices in the site offic have public IP addresses?
What are the subnet masks of the WAN networks?

Yes, actually "123.234".80.x is for our use
          the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
          the default gateway is "123.234".80.28

btw "123.234" is just for illustration, not a real one  ;D

          Cheers!

Those will look to pfSense to be addresses on the WAN subnet.

You would need port forwards and firewall rules in to the print server treating those site office addresses as if they were out on the internet.

DO NOT set a source address/port in a port forward or firewall rule unless you KNOW you need it!

Can I create some port forwarding rule to "make" the printers at site office as if they are in the same network as the print server?
e.g. 123.234.80.31, forward all ports to 192.168.1.31 so that the print server can detect and communicate with it as a printer in the same network

              thanks!

No. They are different broadcast domains.

You might be able to bridge them to the LAN side but not WAN to LAN.

That setup is kind of funky.
