Squid3-dev can be a real PITA. Generally speaking, Squid usually just works right out of the box. A default install of Squid will not affect your Internet access since it is only a caching web proxy, unless it is somehow broken.
Are you running in transparent mode? Are you running pfSense on a PC or virtual machine or dedicated hardware like an ALIX board? Anything in the System log related to squid?

No transparent

OK, so then your clients won't even interact with squid unless they are configured to use it as a web proxy. I assume the Internet works fine if you don't point your clients to squid?
I don't mind helping you for free in my spare time but you really need to be less terse. You give just about as little information as you can, and I have to pull everything out of you, and even then you reply with the absolute bare minimum, and you didn't answer my questions. We aren't going to get far like this.

the service is running for both squid3-dev
but no interneti do add the proxy to client browser
but no internet

Like I said earlier, squid3-dev can be a real pain. What are you trying to do that you couldn't do with Squid 2.7.9? If you look at the system log (Status - System logs - System - General), is there anything about squid in there (use the filter to show just lines with 'squid' in them)?
