      It doesn't look like the whitelist.inc is working in the squid.conf file.
      I had to manually edit it and use:

      acl whitelist dstdomain .itunes.com
      acl whitelist dstdomain .apple.com

      Keeping:

      always_direct allow whitelist
      ssl_bump none whitelist

      Is the include file not working or is there something wrong with what is getting put in the squid.conf file from the web UI.

      My whitelist.inc file was just:
      .itunes.com
      .apple.com
