Help find Waldo../ Bridge mode on ISP router. [Solved]

That looks to be just a router.. Not a actual gateway (modem/router combo)
What does the wan of this device plug into?? Why can you just not plug the cable that your plugging into the wan of that device into pfsense directly?

Yes, just router. Before it was modem/router combo (before technician changed)
The router's WAN side plugs into their modem.
I can plug directy into the modem, which I am right now.. and network-wise I got all as I wanted it. But without their router, which has regular phone-line ports, I won't get the phones working and an alarm which is hooked up to it.

I guess you are using voice over ip for the phone lines, in that case it would be the same with bridge mode. You can try to use their router behind pfSense (on a lan connection) to provide voice over ip, or use actual IP phones.

Well if they are providing you voice, that traffic should just be on a specific vlan, etc. You should be able to break out that vlan.. There have been threads about with people doing that - but I don't have much experience with that, so not going to be much help there.
If its just sip you should be able to do that behind pfsense - there are multiple threads about that, etc.. STUN server comes to mind.. VOIP is not my strong suite that for sure - sorry..

How exactly do you mean?. It's more like regular phones using RJ11.. Yes, I have thought of the possibility of putting behind Pfsense.

UPDATE.. secrets found..
After reset of router while not hooked up to their modem, but just plugged straight into my computer I have discovered how many settings I am missing out on!, even the help page is better now. See the screenshot.
I tried to now disable NAT and Firewall + put in what I hope to be bridge mode on.. but when I hook it up again I am pretty sure they will push their version of the WebGui onto it again and reset all.
Also I am thinking… even if that doesn't happen, then they will have some settings input for the phones that I simple don't have.

Ok :). Will look into that later.. check out the setting I found after reset while not being hooked up.

Ok.. I guess I am way in over my head now.
I reset the modem so that all their configurations went away.. found all the hidden settings.. I hooked it up with settings I thought were needed for bridge mode. (But no clue what settings be needed for phone)
And it did work for a while!, Public IP was forwarded to my Pfsense, it picked up all the same DHCP settings as it would directly connected to the modem.
But the internet halted, and Pfsense firewall gave off weird logs.
The modem started bugging out.. not sure if I should had just given it more time.What I don't understand is…. when putting a router in bridge mode, then how would I access it later?, surely, if it gives me Public IP.. then I can't log into it by 192.168.1.1.

It is SIP.
I can download the config file from router, and in it I can see all settings when opening with Notepad++. All the settings which I otherwise can't see. Atleast it looks like it's all there.
So I will try and look into that.

How easy was that….... why was I breaking my head all day?... and why didn't tech support just tell me to, I asked specifically if I could not just do that.
