But after adding the latest card I cannot access the pfsense from internal network, if i remove the new card then everything becomes normal again.
Please help what am I missing.

Backup, then a fresh and full install.

Adding another card may change the order in which interfaces are detected, so your LAN interface is then likely on a different physical port.

Right. Look at the console. Look at /var/run/dmesg.boot. You should be able to see what's going on with the MAC addresses, etc.

I even assigned the network cards still the lan does not work.
How does the mac addresses help in this. i mean what error should i look for.
-
It just helps you identify what NIC is what.
You keep saying "it doesn't work" without providing any useful data.
Hard to help from afar with no information.
You could start with the output of ifconfig -a.
-
AIRTELNEW (wan) -> vr0 ->DHCP
LAN (lan) -> re0 -> v4: 192.168….
AIRTEL (opt1) -> em0 -> v4: ****
BLAZENET (opt2) -> em1 -> v4: ****This is my current config.
I want to add 2 new WAN/OPT ports for which i am adding a dual port ethernet card.
after adding which the lan stops responding even after assigning ip address manually

You need to shut down, add the new card, restart, and note the new interface names and reassign or re-patch the interfaces as necessary.
