We currently purchased two XG-2758 devices for HA. We had some issues with the setup and now cannot access one of the firewall either by IP or console. What is the proper way to do a hard reset on these as I have not been able to find any documentation regarding this.

I have a XG2758 HA appliance with 2.3.4 and ix driver does not support ALTQ. I can't find a fix. both 10G interfaces are not usable for me.
Is there something to know?

We don't speak French, that section is more for community help. That being said, I checked with our developers and they can confirm the issue is present on 2.4.

Oh yes, sorry for french posts. Thank you to confirm that this is not fixed in 2.4 yet. Is there any chance to know which version will have this issue fixed?
